When businesses grow, booking pain often grows faster
I’ve noticed a pattern in small businesses: what seems like a small operational pain early on can become a real bottleneck as they grow.
One example is booking and availability. At first, many businesses handle it by email, calls, or simple calendars. It works… until it doesn’t.
Eventually, double bookings, missed requests, and manual coordination eat time and revenue.
I’m curious:
For those here who run or advise small businesses, what operational pain grew fastest as the business scaled? Did you solve it with software, people, or process?
