How trusted is Kleinanzeigen?
I found an item that I’m seriously interested in buying for a good price, but the seller doesn’t want to accept payments through the website, only PayPal or Bank Transfer.
The seller seems legit and still uploads items practically every other day.
I am foreign, so I am buying through a third party which is trusted
I am just not sure about the Kleinanzeigan seller.
Is there any issues or taxes with Kleinanzeigans selling system that might make the seller not want to use it?
Thoughts?
