Anyone else frustrated at finally being able to afford a fast car only for your area to become so popular all you do now is sit in traffic?
Been driving 30 years this year and I finally was able to justify getting a fast car from a financial standpoint. where I live has been so popular post COVID with transplants that all I do is sit in bumper to bumper traffic and it's a challenge to even get up to the speed limit on most roads. It took me 42 minutes today to go 8 miles.
I'm frustrated because I may as well drive a prius at this point. I feel like I missed my window of opportunity to have a fast car and enjoy it. It's not what I expected and driving a manual is stop and go kinda sucks after a while.
My area of Tennessee used to be more Suburban, but with all the developments in the last 10+ years, and worse in the last 5+, it's just a ton of people and slow left lane drivers now. #cars source
