I genuinely don't know wtf he was doing. My only Guess was he was trying to avoid traffic and cut into the 2 lanes that continues to queen city as the first lane eventually comes to a left turn only lane. I also couldn't stop or I'd be blocking traffic as a Ford stopped beside me and not shown on video while a Mazda stopped in the middle of a intersection.
