2020 Winnebago Revel battery upgrade: The Group 31 vs. Space struggle

"I’m finally looking to upgrade the power bank in my 2020 Sprinter Revel, and man, the space constraints in these rigs are no joke. I’ve been eyeing the LiTime 12V 100Ah/140Ah units because I need that specific Group 31 footprint to fit the factory style compartment.
One thing I’ve learned during the research: Installation orientation is a dealbreaker. I was originally thinking about laying the batteries on their side to squeeze an extra one in, but it turns out that’s a big no-go for these specific LiFePO4 cells. Staying upright is mandatory for safety and longevity, so I guess I’m stuck with the standard layout.
Since I do a lot of winter camping, I’m leaning towards the self-heating models. The thought of the battery automatically warming itself up when it hits -4°F (using the charging current) is a huge relief. I don't want to be that guy hovering over my batteries with a space heater at 6 AM just to get the solar to kick in.
For anyone else with a Revel—are you guys running a DC-to-DC charger from the alternator, or just relying on the solar for the LiFePO4 swap? My current plan is to keep the voltage between 14.2V and 14.6V to keep the BMS happy.
If you've managed to fit 3x Group 31s in a Revel, I’d love to see your cable management. It looks like a tight squeeze"
