What happens if a Jew doesn't read the Torah often?
Let's say, within a month, no Torah reading nor synagogue attendance. And how about after a month? I'm aware they're still a Jew, but is there some consequence to this – particularly if they don't repent? I'm guessing something like being left out Olam HaBa, but please do correct me.
