This was my potluck contribution for our school’s Teachers’ Day celebration. I know how to cook Maja Blanca, but because of the hot weather, I decided to order instead of cooking. 😂

Sometimes, it’s nice to save time and let someone else do the cooking! The good thing is, it was worth it because it was so delicious! We even had two tubs left over.

Maja Blanca is a Filipino dessert made with cornstarch, coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, corn, cheese, and peanuts.
