Can you help me find a truly waterproof raincoat?
Hi BIFL friends! As the title says, I need a truly waterproof raincoat. I live in the midwest so I would love for it to be light enough to wear in spring/summer with out sweating too much, but also roomy enough that I can layer a fleece underneath for fall rain. It would need to go past my bottom so my lower back/seat of my pants doesn’t get wet. Please do not suggest Northface, I spent 200 dollars on one of their “waterproof” jackets only to find that water seeps through almost immediately. What do y’all suggest? Brands? Styles? I don’t need to be fashionable, just functional. Thank you all!
