How do prisoners get their hair cut?
I was just in a barbers and it suddenly struck me how do people in prisons get their hair cut? Is there a paid prison barber? Either someone permanently on site for the large prisons, or one who comes in on certain days for smaller prisons. Or is there just a fellow prisoner who sets themselves up in a little sideline business? Further question: are there specific mandated haircuts or can prisoners grow their hair however they like?
