normal ba to sa mga telcos?
similar thing happened to me. pero sa smart. my sim stopped working and di ko mareceive yung otp from gcash to login to my account which i use to store funds na naset aside for bills, so pumunta kami sa smart, andaming hiningi na requirements (understandable naman kasi nga may mga financial apps / social media) attached to the sim. pero nung pagbalik namin gago sinabi wala na daw sim for replacement and i’ll have to wait a few months pa!
and then here comes the surprise, biglaang sinuggest na mag postpaid plan kami para makuha namin agad yung bagong sim and number. ang chaka talaga, kaso we complied nalang kasi i needed a new sim card to access my gcash. partida naka lock in contract pa for 6 months, eh kung tutuusin di naman ako gaano nagloload / use ng data kasi i wfh and we have wifi. kingina ng mga telco dito.
