Apple has reclaimed its position as the world’s most valuable company, passing Nvidia as its market capitalization approaches the $5 trillion mark.
Shares rose to another record high Monday, lifting Apple’s valuation to roughly $4.9 trillion as Nvidia fell amid a broader pullback in AI and semiconductor stocks. Apple would become the first company to cross $5 trillion if its stock reaches approximately $340 per share.
The rally comes just weeks after Apple raised prices across several Macs and iPads to offset higher memory costs. Despite an initial dip following those increases, the stock has continued climbing as investors look ahead to earnings and the rollout of Apple Intelligence in China.
