best graduation announcements that didn’t end up looking like a template everyone else used?
I’m trying to avoid that oh I’ve seen this exact design 20 times look, but I also don’t want to end up spending hours designing something from scratch just to save a few bucks and then still not be happy with it.
It feels like every site has the same handful of layouts, just slightly rearranged, and I’m wondering if there are any simple tricks people use to make theirs feel more personal without turning it into a whole design project.
Has anyone found small changes that actually made a difference? Like maybe switching up photo style, layout choices, paper finish, colors, or even just wording that made it feel less generic?
I’d really love to know what worked for you because I feel like there has to be a sweet spot between basic template and I accidentally became a graphic designer for a weekend.
