🦋 Here's my #insect pick, the Asian Giant Hornet 🪲

yikes! these guys are bad news, they decimate honey bee hives. in the Washington State if anyone spots one they are to contact the state dept of agriculture.
in 2020 and 2021 they captured and tagged one with a radio transmitter which led them to its nest. Four nests were eradicated.

wow that's huge, i have never seen one. I thought how human life was when the Giant Bees ruled the world.
