Mount Kaʻala is the highest point on Oahu, in the Waianae Range on west Oahu. It drains north and west. Its gauge is operated by UH Manoa but it does not drain into the campus watershed.
The Oahu average is about 6 inches if you remove the low values from obviously broken gauges. For all of the islands it's about 5.3 inches.
