LPT: Create a keyboard shortcut for your emails
Most, if not all cell phones allow you to create shortcuts so you only have to type in a few characters instead of typing the whole thing out.
For example my shortcut is \*em2\* instead of typing out “[email protected] mailto:[email protected]” (it’s 2 because I used to have another email address that I used more but then I lost access to it and never bothered to update the shortcut)

Where to set it:
•iOS — Settings → General → Keyboard → Text Replacement
•Android — Settings → Languages → English → Personal Dictionary
