Huh. I was sitting here early-early this morning and felt the house give a small bump...I assumed it was a pair of raccoons fighting that bumped up against the house. Then just a few minutes ago a sister that lives a few hours north of me asked if anyone felt the earthquake early today...and THAT was what I felt, not a pair of raccoons fighting.

We had one here a few weeks ago. Monica felt it. I was playing my bass with headphones on, didn't feel anything. 😶

We've been due a good shake, usually happens about once every 20 years. This didn't qualify to me, basically felt like someone under the house struck the floor one time with a fist. We have 'baby' quakes often that no one feels but get registered on equipment.

Biggest one I've felt was Northridge in 1994, but others were similar . 6.7m for 8 seconds and I was 54 miles away. It was a roller than a slammer.
