Just a quick question about the football predictions. Shouldn't predictions automatically close when a match kick off?
If predictions can still be submitted after the game has started, it could give users an unfair advantage. I think closing predictions at kick-off would help keep the competition fair for everyone.

Football games are highly dynamic. Even if a team is leading by one goal, the outcome can change in the final seconds of the match. That's why we don't close the market immediately. Instead, we close it approximately 15 to 20 minutes before the end of the game.
Thanks for explaining. Just so I understand correctly, does that mean participants are expected to make predictions while the match is already in progress? I had assumed the idea was to predict the outcome before kick-off, so I was curious about how fairness is maintained when participants can wait to see how the game is unfolding before submitting.
