Caster most similar to frost dk?
Been playing dk since they released on wotlk. I love frost's current gameplay of high APM and juggling between Killing Machine and Rime procs and having a really short burst cool down.
But I want to level an alt, preferably a caster, but I'm not sure what to pick. Now, I mean similar to dk purely from a gameplay perspective. I tried with a warlock, but I really didn't like any spec. Destro feels slow, demonology uses way too many pets (I don't like pet classes) and affliction is damage over time which is nothing like frost.
I'm currently leveling a fire mage as I like the crit based proc gameplay (that I have seen on videos) but I'm low level so I'm basically spamming fireball only.
