يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ * ارْجِعِي إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَّرْضِيَّةً * فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي * وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي > **"O reassured soul, return to your Allah, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him], and enter among My [righteous] servants, and enter My Paradise."** > **— Surah Al-Fajr (89:27–30)**

### **ﷺ TODAY'S HADITH** > **ذَهَبَ الْمُفَطِّرُونَ بِالْأَجْرِ** > **"Those who feed a fasting person have gone with the reward"** > **— Sunan al-Tirmidhi 807 (Hasan)**

### **💎 TODAY'S WISDOM**
**1️⃣ THE SOUL THAT FOUND PEACE** – Ramadan was a journey toward the *nafs al-muṭmaʾinnah*—the tranquil, reassured soul. The month of fasting trained us to quiet our desires, discipline our impulses, and find peace in obedience. Now that Ramadan has passed, the goal is to carry that inner stillness into ordinary days.
**2️⃣ THE REWARD OF FEEDING OTHERS** – The Prophet ﷺ taught that those who feed a fasting person receive the same reward as the one who fasted—without any reduction. As we move through Shawwal, this door of generosity remains open. Feeding others—whether a neighbor, a family member, or someone in need—continues to multiply reward.
**3️⃣ RETURNING IN A STATE OF PLEASURE** – The verse calls the soul to return to its Allah *rāḍiyatan marḍiyyah*—well-pleased and pleasing. Not returning reluctantly, not returning burdened, but returning with contentment, knowing that Allah is also pleased with His servant. This is the state Ramadan aimed to cultivate.

### **⚡ DAILY ACTION STEPS**
**1️⃣ FEED SOMEONE TODAY** – The reward of feeding others is immense. Share a meal with a neighbor, donate to a food drive, or send iftar (or suhoor) items to a family in need.
**2️⃣ CULTIVATE CONTENTMENT** – Take 5 minutes today to sit quietly and say: *"Allah is enough for me. I am content with His decree. I trust His plan."*
**3️⃣ CARRY FORWARD THE PEACE** – The *nafs al-muṭmaʾinnah* is not a Ramadan-only state. When you feel stress today, pause and remember: true peace is in remembering Allah.
**"O Allah, make us among the people of the reassured soul, well-pleased and pleasing [to You]. Enter us among Your righteous servants, and enter us into Your Paradise, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful."**
Ramadan gave you a taste of the *nafs al-muṭmaʾinnah*. Now protect it. Let your tongue remember Allah often. Let your heart remain soft. Let your charity continue.
And know that when you return to your Allah in that state—well-pleased and pleasing—He will welcome you with words that make every hardship disappear: *"Enter among My servants. Enter My Paradise."*
May Allah make us among the people of the tranquil soul. Ameen.
