🛰️🚀 The Axiom-4 international space mission will launch from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida to the International Space Station on June 10 at 8:22 a.m. local time (2:22 p.m. Central European Time) with Hungarian research astronaut Tibor Kapu on board.
This mission is not only a step forward for Hungarians, but also a leap in national pride and inspiration.
The members of Axiom Mission 4 are:
Peggy Whitson: American veteran astronaut, commander.
Shubhanshu Shukla: Indian pilot, ISRO representative.
Sławosz Uznański: Polish mission specialist, trained by ESA.
Tibor Kapu: Hungarian research astronaut , representative of the HUNOR – Hungarian Astronaut Program.
Hungary is a small country in Europe, and I am so proud that he was chosen from so many applicants. So he is Hungary's second astronaut! ❤️🙏
