💯 agree, and it's not just the lottery. Anyone that receives an instant abundance without making the contribution to earn it is going to struggle to deal with it. That's why lottery winners and heirs suffer. Focusing hope on the lottery distracts from focusing on actual contribution that leads to earned wealth.
