Right now i‘m working as a cook. Suddenly get food deduction.
I already working at this place almost 10 years
They said „because i’m working as a cook. Finanzamt requires me to pay fooddeduction, because i working with food and there is a change i‘m eating while working“
In practice, i‘m barely eating, because we have so much to do.
It’s regulated in germany or my employer just being greedy?
Meanwhile other employees can eat in canteen. And pay per meal 4€.
And i need to pay fix price regardless.
