Looking to Get a .44 Magnum - S&W, Colt, or Ruger?
See title. I'm planning to go to some auctions but I'm doing some research first. Also depends on availability at the auctions.
Anyone here able to compare all 3 or own all 3? What would you recommend?
I really like the appearance of a S&W 629 but hear that Colt Anaconda and Ruger Super Redhawk are more robust. I already have S&W wheelguns, just not in .44 mag, so I'm familiar with their design. I reload a lot of .357 but want a bigger bore wheelgun. Have shot a Ruger a couple of times but no experience with Colt revolvers.
