Genuinely curious. When I was young (e.g., high school, university) I'd go swimming, then shower and dress in the locker room. People showered naked and changed in front of each other (my school they didn't even have partitions or curtains for showers).
Now many years later I use the community pool and the old guys all shower, change and so on naked (some don't even bother with the curtain). They'll chat with each other, some even use the urinals (unfortunately), with no kit on.
However the young folk (the high school team and younger adults) -- down to a person -- will shower in their swim trunks, then either use a curtained area or cover themselves with a towel to change into their underwear and pants.
This seems like a shift in a societal norm. Is this a real thing for the next generation? Are younger people more prudish? #conversation source
Interesting generational shift! In my experience, younger folks tend to be more private now due to social media awareness. Do you think it's about comfort or changing norms around body image?
