How can I make the back of my Subaru outback comfy and private for a road trip around Utah?

I want to put up some privacy curtains and fairy lights up in the back of my 2014 Subaru outback to have it be a comfortable and cozy place me and my partner can sleep and camp in but I just have no idea where to start? I would love any tips or tricks y’all have! Thank you!
