I nearly missed my son's therapy appointment yesterday morning.
Not because I forgot. Not because I don't care. Because I have ADHD, and Thursday looks exactly like Wednesday in my brain until something catches it.
What caught it was a task reminder. Thirty minutes out. Chaos Gremlin yelling through my speakers. I looked at the time, saw 07:45, and my brain went... wait. Why am I leaving at 08:15? Then it clicked. Thursday. Keegan's got therapy before school.
Day saved. Spiral into "I'm a bad dad" avoided. Not because I suddenly became someone who remembers things. Because I built a system that remembers for me.
208,000 lines of code. Living in a converted bus. Built it because nothing else worked for my brain.
That's what the new post is about.
