Winter camping spots near San Francisco Bay Area Hi All,I was hoping to do a solo snow camping trip with a hot tent. Where near San Francisco Bay Area will there be first timer friendly camping spots in the snow that will allow me to cut the tree wood and setup a wood stove in a hot tent? Any recommendations will be helpful. Willing to drive upto 5 hours, so am thinking Lake Tahoe area?
