Decently priced bags of local-ish roasted coffee?☕️

Does anyone have recommendations for whole beans I can get locally for a good price that would be nice for espresso? Locally roasted or even just something that a local shop carries. Even better if it’s in the St. Roch/Marigny/Bywater area.

Currently paying $17 for 12oz bags of Counter Culture online and looking for same price or less.
