How do I actually clean my ears?
it sounds simple and stupid but all the guidance I get on this is so dramatically mixed I have no idea what to do. I'm 19 and my ears get clogged up with wax REALLY easily, one of my ears has been blocked for a week and the other is on and off, its extremely irritating barely being able to hear anything. My parents suggest I use earbuds more often, my doctor suggests against that and to use olive oil but that feels really awkward to use, my friend's suggest suction but I've been advised against that as well despite having it done once before (and, my ears blocked again not soon after they were 'clean')
I just want a standard piece of advice, I want to know how to properly and effectively clean my ears so that they don't block anymore, and I want to know how often to do it etc. I'm sick of not being able to hear properly because of it. Please help.
