Panel interview and the gatekeeper
I had a standard everyday recruiting interview. You know the kind that act as the companies filtering system//gatekeeper to determine if you’re worthy. 🙄
It went well. Moving on to meeting with a lead. Someone I would actually be working with.
When I got the invite, I thought it was going to be for one person but no, it is a panel of six. For a part-time role paying $20 an hour .
I thought to myself maybe I’ll bring my own panel. Couple of friends, a neighbor, my hairdresser and perhaps the guy on the corner that’s currently fixing the pavement /s .
