A former Chief of the Philippine National Police has been haunted by an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant, accused of alleged violations of crimes against humanity—also known as "genocide or murder." He was charged as one of the co-conspirators by the former President Rodrigo Duterte, who is currently in custody at the ICC in The Hague, Netherlands. A warrant has now been served to him by the Bureau.
However, for two reasons, it has been denied. First, according to our laws, a foreign warrant should be handed over to our judges, and it should be our own court that serves it. Second, no warrant may be served to any of the Senators inside the Senate premises. Both of these requirements must be observed—it is our sovereignty that must be exercised. Disregarding them will leads to chaos and an obvious power for someone who will insist it.
While, the daughter of our former President Duterte, which is the Vice-President of this country voted by 32 million people, is also haunted by the Congress or the lower house, due to impeachable offenses, tries for fourth (4) time already.

Lets how the people will react very very soon ... and how the Supreme Court will uphold, what is the law of this country that is meant for social justice.
