Capcut: 10+ hrs work gone
I kind of don’t believe this… there has to be some way of recovering all the work I did 😢
So some background:
I’m just starting out with video editing.
I’m on the pro version.
I noticed capcut was lagging A LOT so I decided to quit capcut and restart my computer.
I noticed that my video I was working on saved last saved 2 mins ago.
Restarted my computer…. loading screen…. and
g o n e.
This was almost 10 hours of work. I had spent this whole wknd working on this video. All the edits I made are gone.
I was really getting excited about posting this video.
Does anyone have any tips on how to recover or prevent this from happening in the future?
Update (5/25): so i basically just redid everything wasn’t able to get the edits i did back. but! honestly this time round it was so much faster.
curious about davinci resolve now! any specific resources to get started? was planning on checking out youtube
