Best therapy in Aventura?
Been putting this off for way too long but I think I actually need to talk to someone about stress and anxiety thats been building up. The problem is theres just so many therapists in the area and I have no idea how to figure out who is actually good or if they'd be a fit for me.
Im looking for someone who is easygoing and not super clinical about everything. Also ideally someone who takes Aetna or is at least affordable. If anyone has gone to someone they liked in the area id really appreciate hearing about it.
