LPT: Every once in a while, try to drive to a place without turn by turn directions.
Don’t know if there is any science to this but I swear it’s helping my brain and I’m not as anxious driving as I used to be.
I usually take a look at the route before leaving and the rule is to only look at the route (not the turn by turn) if I absolutely need some help.
