Rock Island VR80 Issues
So, i bought a vr80 about 2-3 months ago. Done a couple rounds on it, about maybe 1000 rounds. Today, the gun fail on me, where the barrel of the gun came out loose. I realized that after a couple shots, the problem is that the handrail does not want to come off, its getting stuck on the threads of the barrel. Any suggestions on a solution, tried vise grip and everything and nothing. Has anyone have any success on their warrant and response? I actually had a friend of mine happen with him as well, he end up taking to the gunsmith where he cut open the handrail and my friend end up just buying a new handrail, seems like a very poor design where the barrel is held by a screw where it could come loose due to vibration. My friend had no response from warrant and customer service. Any advice would be appreciated.
