Completely outside of electronic music but a big music fan, would like to explore this world
So I'm absolutely a big music listener, I listen to a lot of music of different genres and I also like playing and studying music by itself.
I'll just make a brief list of my latest listening so maybe you'll know what to suggest to me:
\- post hardcore (fugazi, at the drive in, gospel, slint ecc.)
\- emo/hardcore (have heart, title fight, brand new, Dillinger escape plan, skruigners ecc.)
\- folk (Elliot Smith, jason molina, comus, Bill Callahan ecc.)
\- prof metal (gojira, tool, mastodon ecc.)
\- jazz and jazz rock (John Coltrane, Bill Evans, Charles Mingus, Cannonball Adderley, Geordie Geep, Morphine ecc.)
\- grunge (other than the classic ones, failure, stone temple pilots, mark lanegan, modest mouse)
\- dance punk revival (Viagra boys, idles, Sleaford mods ecc.)
\- experimental hip hop (Danny brown, McKinley Dixon, billy woods, jpegmafia ecc.)
So I guess that's a decent list, as y'all can see I'm open to listening to really different things, and probably y'all know better than me, based on the things I like, what would I like in the electronic music universe.
Thanks to anyone that will help me and suggest things to me in advance :)
