Can i access a Termux localhost server from my PC?

If I run something on my phone through Termux and it opens on "localhost", can I access the same thing from my PC?
I tried a lot of things, including using my phone's IP and binding it to "0.0.0.0", but nothing worked.
My PC is connected to the internet through my phone's hotspot.
Is there a proper solution for this? 😭
