Today I harvested fresh eggplants (baingan) from my home garden. 🍆
A few days ago they were growing on the plant, and today I picked them with my own hands and cooked a delicious curry.
Honestly, today I realized the real joy of eating fresh vegetables from your own garden. The taste was amazing and very satisfying.
