Going off of the series' Instagram account, HybridV10 is an independent Motorsport series/national Motorsports festival featuring single seater cars powered by naturally aspirated V8s and V10s. it won't be a spec series so each team will build its own car with things like design philosophy, energy management, etcetera. And according to one of the posts, by 2028/29 they'll have 24 V8 powered cars and 24 V10 cars.
