What is Natality and why do you need it?
Natality is the human capacity to begin again. It is the possibility that every moment holds the potential for a new beginning. That is one of the greatest gifts we possess, yet far too many people live as though their past has already decided their future.
Life will never unfold exactly as you planned. There will be setbacks, disappointments, and unexpected endings. But every ending also carries the opportunity for natality, the chance to start again with greater awareness, wisdom, and purpose. Whether that opportunity becomes growth or suffering depends entirely on the meaning you give it.
Choosing natality is anabolic. It shifts your energy from resistance to possibility. Instead of asking, “Why did this happen to me?” you begin asking, “What can I learn from this?” That single decision changes your thoughts, your emotions, your actions, and ultimately your results.
The alternative is a catabolic mind that constantly searches for evidence that life is unfair. It clings to old stories, protects the ego, and finds satisfaction in saying, “I knew this would happen.” But proving yourself right has never created a better future. It only keeps you emotionally attached to the past.
Life is not working against you. Life is simply unfolding. Your experience is shaped by your perception and the energy you choose to bring into each moment.
Embrace natality. Give yourself permission to begin again as many times as necessary. Every new thought, every new decision, and every new action is another opportunity to become the person you were always capable of becoming.
