Local (southern Illinois USA) 10-day weather outlook.
This is fairly typical for spring in my area. Actually the
cheapest utility bills of the year are around this period
where it is not so cold that I need the furnace, nor is it
so warm yet that I need to turn on the a/c unit.

This is a very warm, but nice forecast. Last week we had real feel of 100 degrees but still not much rain...8 inches for the year so far. We are a couple thunderstorms short of average rainfall.
