**What's happening?**
As of **September 1. 2025** (2025-09-01), the **ÚCL/CAA** will be implementing new reformed UAS rules - to with you can find the link above - with are meant to "bring clarity and simplicity in to the system".
These changes are as a result of the "Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2018 on common rules in the field of civil aviation and establishing a European Union Aviation Safety Agency https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32018R1139&." (avaliable in all of the official EU languages)
