A little bit late to the party, but I finally picked up a PS4 Pro today!!! I feel like the only person in 2023 to still be excited about a PS4 haha
As the title says, I bought a PS4 Pro today and I'm honestly super excited. I'm not a massive gamer and haven't really played games in my own spare time since 2018. I've had an Xbox One S which I got for Forza Horizon 3 but I don't really play it much anymore. However recently I've been absolutely HOOKED on the Yakuza games and have finished 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 over the course of the last month and wanted to give Judgement a spin but found out it's only on PS4 which initially made me just want to watch a playthrough on YouTube and then buy Lost Judgement for my Xbox but today I found a deal on a Pro I just couldn't refuse as the Yakuza games have revitalised my interest in gaming.
I'm honestly just really really excited to finally play all the PS exclusives I've missed out on, one of my fondest memories from dating my ex is playing Death Stranding on her PS4 while she was at work so I'm really excited to finally be able to play that and I'm also super excited to check out Ghost of Tsushima, Spider-Man, Horizon Zero Down and God of War amongst many other amazing PS games I've no doubt missed over the last decade.... so while everyone else is frothing over the PS5 I'm gonna be sitting here happy to experience some of the best games of the last generation at bargain bin prices haha.
