Just bought our first home! It is 13 years old and in Tokyo. Being told I should repaint the exterior to keep longevity of the house. Is it necessary?
Just bought our first home! It is used and in Tokyo. Being told I should repaint the exterior to keep longevity of the house. Is it necessary?
We were told that it could use a fresh coat of painting to keep the appearance nicer and to prolong the house from the elements. Is this true or necessary? First timer home owner so not sure how true this is.
Can we do it ourselves to save some money?
