Interviews are the worst thing on Earth
If it were a choice I would never work again a day in my life. Since it isn’t I would love to bitch about the JOB INTERVIEW. Why does it have to be so robotic. I literally can’t do corporate talk no matter how hard i try and fake it. I can BARELY fake a bs answer as to why I want to work there. I talk like a HUMAN BEING and I’m convinced thats why I cant get a job. Sorry that I don’t know what cross functional collaboration is and I DONT CARE TO KNOW. I dont even think I would mind working so much of we didn’t have to act like this all the time. Why do people continue to do this? Doesn’t everyone secretly deep down know were all spewing BS and we call continue to do it? Could everyone just admit they are here for the money? Cant we all just stop and then being NORMAL will be the new NORMAL?
