Looking for a chess training partner.
I’m based in Brisbane, Australia, so GMT+10 or a similar time zone would be ideal, but I’m also happy to play online if times line up.
I’m currently around 1800 Lichess. I’m trying to improve seriously through longer games, analysis, puzzles, endgames, and opening work.
My current openings:
White:
\- Vienna / Bishop’s Opening setups
\- Alapin vs Sicilian
\- Advance Caro-Kann
\- Advance French
Black:
\- Taimanov Sicilian vs 1.e4
\- Still figuring out my main setup vs 1.d4
Ideally looking for someone around a similar level or stronger who wants to play training games, analyse afterwards, share ideas, and keep each other accountable.
Happy to play online rapid/classical training games.
