So we are having No Kings protests in the United States. I guess over President Trump. My opinion my not be popular but a President only has 8 years.
That is two terms and to me is not a king. The true kings and queens are those in the House and Senate who can remian in power long after the elected president is gone. They rule year after year for 40 years or more as long as they can hold thier seats. Creating policy as presidents come and go.
It is from both parties the Democrats and the Republicans. I think they give you a illusion of choice left or right but in reality they work together in a
theatre. Mortal enimies on TV and in public drinking buddies off the camera. They divide us into our perspective corners so we constantly fight each other
because we feel our side is right. Left and right always fighting. It's not about who is right and who is wrong it is division they create. They brainwash the masses
on which side to take left or right. If they keep us divided they stay in power. I might not have the popular opionion but if you read between the lines you will
see it. It's not the President that is the king it is those in power long after the President is gone.

If the people are able to safely protest against fascism or absolute monarchy, its probably evidence that there isn't fascism or an absolute monarchy.

Great point. I agree however in addition, the orange man sure is acting like a king - our system is supposed to check the prez. but it sure ain't.
it is the one who is holding the cup ... the cup is merely a puppet and the puppet is the one who is acting as the President ..
