I posted a screenshot of the NeuroRythm dashboard recently and the comments were immediate. "Too many tabs." People saw a wall of information and their brains went into a defensive crouch.
They were not wrong. They were just looking through the framework of every productivity app they have ever abandoned.
The ADHD brain has no filter. Everything hits at the same volume... the TV on while the kids play on their tablet, radio in the background, a three-year-old project idea, and the kid's library bag. In a neurotypical brain, the prefrontal cortex filters that noise. Ours is permanently on a lunch break.
I spent ten months building a prosthetic for that missing filter. I did the heavy lifting on the architecture so the interface could stay quiet. It is not exactly another app to learn. It is a system that holds the chaos so you do not have to.
