Question on kitchen cabinet for 2000 ford e350 build
I have never built cabinets before and am struggling to get started due to this lack of experience. The curved wall of my 2000 e350 is making this feel harder than it may be.
The counter top would be at the height of the lower part of the window. I would like to do floor to ceiling cabinets between the end of the cabinet and where the bed starts (to left of window).
I'm thinking of adding 3x1 lasting where I drew the red lines (attaching with rivnuts). 3x1's. I would rivnut them into the wall. I'd then use solid pieces of Birch plywood coming out of where the vertical lines are drawn to create the depth of cabinet. Then build a frame to support those with horizontal supports. Would this work? Or should I take measurements and build the cabinets outside of van then move it in as one piece and attach to the wall? Any input would be appreciated š
