After inquiring about his 2015 Bar exam score, House private prosecutor Mae Divinagracia made a side remark while directly examining AMLC Executive Director Atty. Ronel Buenaventura on Monday.
"That’s 5.7 percentage points more than nu’ng 80 percentage points na nakuha nu’ng kakilala namin ni Atty. Vinluan," Divinagracia said, seemingly referring to Vice President Sara Duterte.
The remark mirrored an earlier comment made by opposing counsel Mark Vinluan during his July 14 cross-examination of NBI Regional Director Atty. Jeremy Lotoc.
Vinluan, who also represented the defense at today's proceedings, promptly objected to the statement of Divinagracia.

Ang side remark na iyan, hindi lang bilang. 5.7 Percentage points ang agwat sa 80 na nakuha nung kakilala nina Atty. Vinluan, sinabi pa sa gitna ng direct examination kay Atty. Buenaventura. Biglang naging bar-score talk ang hearing, at kitang-kita kung gaano ka-timing yung linya.
